Jaejoong’s Visit To "Fan Meeting In Taiwan" Paralyzes The Airport

On May 23rd, JYJ's JAejoong visited Taiwan for his "2012 KIM Jae Joong Fan Meeting In Taipei" event in promotion for his drama "Protect Tahe Boss".


From the moment of his arrival, Jaejoong was greeted by the deafening cheers of 600 fans that had gathered at the airport. An official of the airport revealed, "It was supposed to be a brief visit just for his fan meeting so we didn't think so many people would show up at the airport." Local newspapers reported that his arrival had actually paralyzed the airport.


Event sponsors revealed,"Protect The Boss" has recently successfully concluded its run in Taiwan, but the passion for the drama still runs high, as there have been discussions for runs in the future. We released 2,500 seats for the fan meet, and all of them were sold out within seconds of going on sale, with the actual server crashing in a mean time. We're all surprised with Jaejoong popularity."


Jaejoong kicks off his fan meet with live performances of his "Protect The Boss" OST before moving on to playing games with his fans, revealing what he keeps in his personal bag, and a final performances of "No Gain", a self-composition included in fellow member Junsu's solo album. 


Jaejoong stated, "It's been a year since i last visited Taiwan last year for our world tour. I missed you all. Thank you for the unchanging support. I hope that my fans has much fan during these two hours as i had. I hope to see you again soon."

Jaejoong Is A Mass Entertainer

Prepares for Taiwan fan meeting and new album, movie and drama shoot. Kim Jaejoong from JYJ is keeping busy. Jaejoong will be active all-around along with his movie and drama. He also has the Taiwan fan meeting and new album to prepare for. Jaejoong currently in the middle of MBC weekend drama "Dr.Jin". He acts out the warrior who has the best martial arts skills. He is about to expand his area in this fusion historical drama. 


He will start shooting the movie, "Jackal Is Coming". Chungmuro has its eyes on this newly rising actor who will make his first debut in the movie as a popular singer. His comical act is something everyone is looking forward to. Jaejoong will depart for Taiwan on the 23rd in the middle of the movie and will start on his new JYJ album in July and August.


C-JeS Entertainment explained, "Jaejoong was offered the OST participation in the movie or drama. We are making sure he make it to all of his busy routines without harm".

Tickets to Jaejoong’s Fan Meeting In Taiwan Sell Out In Minutes

K-pop trio JYJ's Kim Jaejoong is on a roll with his activities in the country and aboard, with the ticket sales record of his sold-out meet-and-greet in Taiwan being the latest proof of his popularity. All 2,500 tickets to Kim's fan meeting in Taiwan have sold out in minute after they went on sale, his agency C-JeS Entertainment announced in a statement on Thursday.


The officials said that the forthcoming event is "to respond to the soaring popularity of Kim's drama "Protect the Boss" in Taiwan." Kim, who is busy filming his upcoming TV series "Dr.Jin" (tentative title), had already scored a surprising record in his fan events tickets sales after Shanghai and Turkey's have sold out in no time.


Like his all previous fan meeting, he will talk about his recent activity, hold a session to communicate with fans and perform a song from the soundtrack "Protect the Boss." Meanwhile, "Protect the Boss" also featuring Ji Sung and Choi Kang-Hee, is assuring more successful outcome with its distribution and reproduction rights being sold to overseas markets in Ukraine, Taiwan, Japan and Thailand.


Returning to the small screen in about seven months after the hit series, Kim's new drama "Dr.Jin" will hit airwaves every weekend starting May 26.
