How The-Clock GUIDE To Better Living

do you  want to sleep well, protect your heart and drop a few kilos? it's easy- if you tap into your body's natural rhythms..


thanks to an internal clock  to helps trigger migration, pollination and well even more surprising is that our body follow a clock too. our ability to get a good night's sleep, blood pressure and stamina during exercise - just about every biological process sticks to some kind of daily or seasonal rhythm..

what that means :-

you can improve your health with barely any effort - if you know how to use the power of your body's daily, weekly and seasonal cycles. too feel better now, here's the right time to.....

GET THE BEST MEDICAL CARE
- have a cavity filled in the afternoon.
- check your blood pressure in the morning and at night. 

DROP A FEW KILOS
- weight yourself on friday and monday.
- exercise in the evening
- eat dinner earlier

PROTECT YOUR HEART
- get an extra hour of sleep next time you turn the clocks forward
- take preventive medicines in the evening.  

EASE THE SNEEZING AND WHEEZING
- get tested for asthma in the morning.
- eat dinner atleast 3 hours before going to bed.
- take allergy medicine in the evening.
- go for walk in the evening.

- arrive in the new time zone early in the morning.
- sit by a window at breakfast.
- take a nap in the early afternoon.

  • be active and spend time outside.
  • avoid nap during the day.
  • avoid caffeine after lunchtime.

  • use your bedroom for sleep only : no laptop or TVs.
